Four city speaking tour with Cognition: Auckland, Wellington, Sydney, and Melbourne. Was such fun to collaborate with James Hartwright to share how data and design drive innovation. We created a new framework to identify obstacles to transformation and connection but more importantly, to offer antidotes.
Walking our talk we pushed ourselves to get out of the traditional presentation format and worked interactively with the audience and let them choose the case studies they most wanted to hear. A couple of bumps, but improv (me) and an Aussie sense of humor (James) pulled us through and we were able to laugh.
